Announcing the Release of XAware 5.5 by voconnor |
Introducing the 30-day XAware Trial and big changes to our pricing model. We blogged about this release a couple of weeks ago and this is it.
Based on customer input, we've recently decided to change our product's pricing model to provide:
- better access to useful feature sets for developing services and solutions that meet your needs
- more flexibility in connector options without the overhead of connectors you don't need
- more access to professional support
To give our customers better access to an affordable starting model, we've expanded the subscriptions and grouped related features so you have what you need to develop and test high-quality data solutions.
- With the Basic subscription you'll get the HTTP/REST and Java API connectors, along with what we're calling the Core Technology Adapter Kit: the SQL, Text, and XSL adapters. This is a great starting point for most of our customers and helps you get your services up and running quickly.
- With the Standard subscription, we're adding the SOAP Connector, along with the Web Services Technology Adapter Kit for HTTP/REST, SOAP, and XML mapping adapters plus Integrated Spring Security.
- Next, we've developed new Gold and Platinum product tiers to provide service access methods, or connectors, to some of the enterprise level services you may need to access either for your own services or for those you intend to deliver to your customers.
We'll be sending off a press release soon, but we wanted you to be the first to know. Check out the changes to the xaware.com website as well ... it's all there.
What's next? Well, we're thinking of doing a series of training videos. What do you think?
